NORTHERN KY SCHOLAR HOUSE
The Northern Kentucky Scholar House consists of a new 48 unit multi-family building complex + a 9,000 sf day care addition to an existing Community Center in Newport KY.
This project is a renovation of the existing building containing thirty dwelling units. The work will include complete interior modifications and upgrades along with a new addition for a community room. Modifications will be comprised of new floor finishes, new kitchen and bath cabinets, new lighting fixtures, new hi-efficiency HVAC units, new gutters and downspouts, and resurfacing and restriping of the parking area. This project is located in the Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio
Rough Framing, Finish carpentry, Cabinets and countertops
Located on the northwest corner of the intersection at 15th and Pleasant Streets, just one block north of Washington Park, these three buildings are being converted into eleven for-sale condominiums and a 917 -SF commercial space. Additionally, the vacant lot at 120 West 15th will be converted into a common courtyard. The total cost of the project, which is scheduled to be completed in September 2015, is estimated at $3.6 million.
